Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed and shipped the same business day whenever possible, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST), on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via:

• USPS First Class Package (Tracked)
  or

• USPS Priority Mail

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Delivery times provided by USPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Free Shipping Orders

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using our choice of USPS service (First Class or Priority), based on weight, size, and destination.
