My order was shipped promptly, but once received I noticed the units shipped were incorrect. I ordered 5x13x4 for my RC boat and 4x13x5 were sent. This was a simple mistake made in the warehouse. I sent in a support case over the weekend, called to follow up on Monday when they opened, spoke with the owner Ed, who apparently is one of the few hands on owners around any more, and he immediately corrected the situation and shipped the correct units the same day at no additional cost. Outstanding! I will be doing business with them again. Truly a professional company.
